1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using recruitify.ae (the "Site") or any of the recruitment services provided by Recruitify Technology Solutions ("Recruitify", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Site or our services.
2. Who we are
Recruitify Technology Solutions is a specialist technology recruitment consultancy based at Office 420, Bay Square 07, Marasi Drive, Business Bay, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, operating across the wider GCC.
3. Use of the website
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict the use and enjoyment of, the Site by any third party. You must not:
- Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information, including in any CV or enquiry.
- Upload viruses, malicious code or any material designed to harm the Site.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of any third party.
- Scrape, copy or reproduce content without our prior written consent.
4. Candidate submissions
By submitting a CV or registering with us, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you have the right to seek employment in your stated location, and that you consent to our handling of your data in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not share your CV with a client without your specific, role-related consent.
5. Client engagements
Where we provide recruitment services to clients, the commercial terms of each engagement are governed by a separate written agreement. The Site itself does not constitute an offer of services.
6. Job listings
Vacancies on the Site are correct at the time of publication but may be subject to change or withdrawal without notice. Salary ranges are indicative and subject to negotiation with the hiring employer.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including text, imagery, logos and branding, is the property of Recruitify Technology Solutions or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer
The Site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the information published, we make no warranties or representations regarding its completeness, reliability or suitability for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability

11. Governing law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
